Good booking rates if you are tenured.

Cons

Poor management, incompetent supervisors, injustifiable penalty, they are selfish to grant regularization to be entitled to bonus and other incentives. They do not waive penalties even there is uncontrollable calamity that caused massive power outage in your place.
