      Work from home. Flexible Time but not always

      Less pay (non native speaker earn less than 2 dollars per hour) Promotion or salary raised is hard to get More penalties (system issue now, tagged as teacher absence later) their system always having problems and bugs yet the blame is on the tutors and auto salary deduction which is 3 times your per class rate. Unresponsive TMs, one sided and even if the student disrespected their tutors it's still the tutors fault because in acadsoc the customers are Gods.

      No consistency in hours, no lessons received. Team manager never available. No certification is given. penalty system unrealistic
