      Flexible Schedule and nothing else

      Cons

      Worked for 2 years in the company, only stayed for the students. The company loves penalties so much it's stupid. In some ESL companies, they offer tenured teachers incentives, here not even an increase for 2 years of service.

      Pros

      Some very helpful TMs who promote your profile and get their teachers a solid booking. Salary is almost never late (Paypal) With the proper screenshots, they will remove your penalties if anything goes wrong with the lesson. Great material!

      Cons

      Canceled classes aren't paid anymore. Very low bookings The management constantly asks you to complete some tests that take time and you're obviously not geftting paid for that.
