1. Too much problems in the system that will penalize you to get your money or in order to sabotage your bonuses like perfect attendance bonus.
2. Because of the errors in the system especially whenever pay day is near, you get complaints and lots of penalties.
3. You will wait for your late student for 15 to 20 minutes but they will not wait for you, you will be absent and get complaints right away.
4. Even if your computer and internet is good, their system will do their best to sabotage you. (Hang, high CPU, lag, camera and sound problems etc.)
5. Supervisors handle too many tutors to help you with your urgent concern so you need to troubleshoot yourself or ask other tutors.
6. If you don’t have screenshots/proof with your speedtest and computer time you will lose and complaints will be valid.
7. Even if you are an education graduate and a licensed professional teacher, they will still give you 45 PH per 25 minutes.
8. They will give you raise but for only 2-5 pesos. That’s your worth.
9. You must invest on back ups like data, powerbanks, generator and extra laptop in case of emergencies.
10. I resigned and expected my salary to be sent to me but guess what? They took my fee and didn’t even gave me my certificate of employment.
11. You will work as an independent contractor and you will not get any benefits, only bonuses.
12. You must always ask your students to give you 5 stars but that will not benefit you even when you get lots of it.
MY EXPERIENCE HERE: You will always feel the stress, worry and fear before your every class because of the faulty system and I think all those feelings are not worth 45 pesos per class.
This is the most unprofessional company ever. They are all about thinking ways to get more money from your very low salary. Good teachers must not waste their time and effort here. You are worth so much more, please search for other companies who will take care of you, has a good system and responsive to your needs.
