Pros
You can easily talk with members of other teams, shadow them, and internal job hopping is accepted and even encouraged.
Cons
Average corporate experience with most things running slow, hard to change processes even when they don’t work, there is an obvious hierarchy between teams when it comes to respect for what you do and what you contribute to the success of the company, extremely merchant driven, very little PTO, and an extremely strict PTO policy where you can’t be gone for more than 1 hour (think Doctors appointment, meeting a plumber at your house, picking up your child, etc.) without having to request time off depending on who your manager is.
