Pros
Get to help people. I was in camping and always doing something. Got to work the amount of hours i wanted. I did more physical work which is what i liked (like moving grills, other big objects, etc.) If you are not wanting that then other departments would be better suited like apparrel, or footwear, or hunting and fishing (who by the way I can not think of once helped me).
Cons
Some of the people are pretty weird, I felt I knew about just as much as the managers after working there for like a month, and closing sucks.
