      Pros

      Friendly environment and management. Somewhat flexible. Steady company constantly growing. Promotions happen from within at least till it was bought out.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Limit experience to retail space if you are looking for other industries. Office space does not encourage collaboration. Also, sharing cafeteria with warehouse employees.

      Pros

      The concept is easy to stand behind and the stores are well known in the area. You will see you product out in the world everyday.

      Cons

      Certain departments are run by individuals with dated technical knowledge of specific functions. The environment is not conducive to change or improvement. Lower level management can be bullying.

      Steady pay, benefits, matching 401 and immediately vested... hours are pretty decent

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Employer does not negotiate on pay. Performance based reviews are ultimately not decided on performance.
