Pros
Flexible work schedule. Work-life balance is encouraged. Movement to other departments is encouraged. The company would rather you move to another area than lose you as an employee.
Cons
The "traditional" academy employees are still too busy cc'ing everyone on emails, they fail to figure out the problem, decide on a solution, and move on. There are a lot of people with egos. Not much respect given to upper management, nor respect given to employees for growth. HR doesn't tend to follow the company handbook. When approached, they tend to blow you off. Movement is encouraged, but very political. There is no recognition for hard work.
