Highly unstructured organization. Organizational chart changes every day, due to high turnover rates. All parts of the company still operate as if it is 1982. All departments are resistant to change. There is corporate 'talk' of faciliating change, but Business Analysts are left on their own to fight with the Business for current business processes and business requirements. Business Analysts do the work of at least 3 people. Since the company does not follow its own SDLC, the analyst is expect it to perform all parts as well as lead the project. Do not expect Project Management to know anything more about the project than the project name and number. Salary is extremely low for the work you are expected to do. There is no mentorship, no guideline and no one to refer to for true Academy knowledge. Not even a great stamp on your resume. Highly stressful environment. There are only 2 Business Analysts who have been here for more than a year (out of 30).
