Often times, items can't be found and you need support of others and management. I've had a mix of managers who are happily willing to help and others who would rather do anything else. You have 50 minutes to find each order after it comes in, even if you have multiple orders. Back to school season is challenging and can be a high stress environment. I enjoyed it, but many people would not.
