Empowered employees that are motivated to provide customers with a great shopping experience. It is a nice place to work as the business continues to grow and provide even more job opportunities. Competitive compensation too.

Providing a high level of customer service can be stressful at times

Pros

Commissions are nice, Friendly Coworkers, Companies vision when it comes to taking care of customers is something you never see anymore that I definitely got behind.

Cons

Not all but a good portion of upper mgmt should not be in the positions they are in. Super unqualified and chose favoritism to get anything done. It almost makes you want to leave the company seeing how some of these people act.

No one is perfect, which is why all employees, including managers, are continually trained throughout their careers at Abt.
