4yWe always strive to be an industry leader in our knowledge of the products we sell and service, we have an in-house training facility with dedicated full time trainers as well as training from the manufacturers on a monthly basis. Several of these statements are untrue. We are constantly assessing the safety of fleet vehicles, in fact about 30-40 vehicles are replaced every year. We also pay out substantial bonuses 4 times a year and most employees love the extra income. These bonuses are based on performance and completion of jobs, if an employee does not receive one, then that is why. Steel toe boots are part of a uniform for certain departments and are for an employee's own personal protection. Since our answer is yes to any reasonable request, add on stops are necessary and this small request is what has kept us in business for 85 years.
