      good rates of pay good working hours

      Cons

      terrible management the "favourites" will always be treated the best no support from management no consequences for people not doing their job properly

      Appalling company to work for and what they do

      Pros

      There are no pros, it's an embarrassing statement to say you work there. I have been trying to get out ever since I wsas unlucky enough to start work there.

      Cons

      Clicky, ruthless, management with no compassion for the human race. Their policies and what the business does is discusting. Their in-house solicitors are ruthless and must have trouble sleeping at night.

      AX are understanding of individual needs and work with their staff to support different working needs.

      Cons

      Sometimes, customers do not understand what has been provided to them, despite it being explained in depth both verbally and in writing, which can result in customers complaining if a recovery isn't quick.
