Brand New Office Space Hybrid Working

Repetitive job roles, which in time WILL wear you down Highly suspect referral sources, with less than ethical business practices.clients feel hoodwinked, concerns raised by multiple staff members regarding this are repeatedly ignored due to the financial aspect of these links "Optional" Sunday shifts, which if you don't get cover for become mandatory to work 6 day weeks atleast once every calendar month minimum but could be up to 2/3 Complete lack of communication across the board. directives change without consistency and without clear instruction You are not valued for your role or effort you put in Broken promises over progression or pay rises

Fair salary Working from home Modern equipment Encouragement to apply for new roles Good in house IT Helpful colleagues

Cons

Lack of ownership by some , Inc managers Slow internal communications at times Sometimes a lack of priority Too many people not working to process Forgetting the customer should be the main focus. Sunday working. Lack of canteen facilities... current one is in the back of the warehouse and freezing in the colder months due to no heating and doors wide open
