      Pros

      Excellent Work Life Balance. Hybrid Work Decent Employee benefits (substantially discounted Broadband and Wireless accounts), 6.333% matching 401K, decent PTO (23 days starting out). Being in TDP means an opportunity to try out different areas of the business and learn both what you don't want to focus on and what you do relaxed dress code (can dress casually at least in TDP)

      Cons

      In my experience, most software engineering teams don't do Agile practices. In some locations like the headquarters, you have to pay for parking.
