Pros

Decent pay and worklife flexibility. The company has the resources to aquire the newest technology which keeps our jobs interesting. The network we have built for the customers is excellent and something for everyone to be proud of. If you have a good relationship with management then there is a strong possiblity for advancement.

Cons

The company is very disorganized in its structure. Multiple sw tools that do similar things for similar departments but the tools don't talk to each other, therefore groups cannot engage easily. Since the buyout of Cingular the company seems to have less heart and personality.

Pros

I'm a union guy so the pay is good and I don't work very hard. I'm there for eight hours and I don't worry about a thing after I go home.

Cons

I new, so I don't know a whole lot yet but it gets boring and everything is about seniority as a union brother, but those same unions brothers destined to stay united will f each other over for thier own benefit. Its hard to do a good job and get rewarded for it because as long as one has seniority over someone else the person with seniority will get what should go to the less senior guy busting his as.

Pros

Good benefits package. Acceptable salary; only if you know a thing or two about selling and talking 80 year old men into purchasing a blackberry. Fully paid business line (PDA cellphone included).

Cons

Upper management. No matter how well you execute your job, the higher-ups will always have something negative to say to you. On top of that, it doesn't take long to notice their lack of appreciation and care for their employees. I'd say the majority of senior managers are strictly in it for the compensation, and nothing else. If you enter the mobility sales division, be prepared to hear all about selling FEATURES!!! There are also a lot of double standards that float around...
