African Americans that work for the company feel the need to warn new African American employees of how to tip toe around the Caucasians. The manager for the Mods contract only listens to a racist employee who cries to her and lies on her co-workers. The company low balls your pay but expect you to work like a slave. Your set hours will never be just that. You will have no work/life balance.

A one star rating is really giving them too much can we leave 0 stars!? This company was awarded the National Service Desk contract. I was a contractor for the VA for more than 3yrs I ve been through several Transitions and I have to say working for ASM R made me look for new employment. 1. Previous employees were treated horribly, our pay was cut up to 5 dollars per hour 2. a lot of employees lost their jobs 3. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS BY FAR THE WORST! They dont trust their employees, show favoritism and they retaliate against their employees. If you disagree with anything 4. Benefits were horrible! They have a health and welfare wage of 4.27 an hour. we were told that whatever is not used from that money would be put in your 401K account. Well i'm not sure what they were doing with my money but lets just say my 401k balance was always 0 and my pay statements would say other wise. MY ADVISE TO YOU IF YOUR A CURRENT EMPLOYEE.....FIND A NEW JOB ASAP!!! IF THEY OFFER YOU A JOB...DONT TAKE IT
