Pro - company management and those loyal obvious put up fake pro's to hide the older post of actually how sorry this company really is

Cons

Extremely low pay, lack of management foresight, misleading pay scale due to 4+ dollars of insurance is included in that number (so subtract 4 dollars). Poor leadership. Consistently misses target goal due to high employee turn over - about 35% plus.

By far ASM Research is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They truly care and listen to their employees. It is a pleasant and friendly work environment. It's nice to work for a company where you like coming to work everyday and feeling appreciated.

Pros

ASM is where I have called "home" for the last 18 years. Watching the company grow over the years, while still remaining focused on our clients, our individual work success, and a proper work/life balance has been a huge positive. ASM offers good benefits, opportunity for professional growth, and flexible work schedules/work from home days.

Cons

Benefits, Straight forward job mappings and growth plans (HR is currently working to fix this), salary, communication from upper management to the lowest level worker. Training opportunities
