Great benefits, genuine leadership with the right intensions. Leaders that are willing to do the work needed to advance. Everyone is so nice and willing to help

Cons

Communication. There needs to be a single source can't always rely on department leaders to communicate the same info. Company employee parties are nice. Let's do team building or bring in some professional educators to teach

Pros

Fun coworkers and company meetings.

Cons

"Cynical, micromanaging supervisors. Do not reward hard work, but rather experience and smooth talk. Do not demand and reward based on quality and quantity of work, but rather who the uneducated supervisors personally like." Couldn't agree with this more. Managers are unprofessional and aren't well-suited for their positions.

Growing pains

Pros

People were laid back for the most part. They had good break rooms. Beautiful facility. Had group meetings with the whole company which was good to know what was going on.

Cons

They hired unqualified people to lead departments. Many had never managed employees before. They like to hire from within (which isn't always a bad thing) but qualifications are lacking.
