Pros

Inspiring Mission Innovative Products Amazing Culture Competitive Benefits

Cons

ASEA has the same challenges that every business faces (that I've seen). What I appreciate, is that management has ongoing efforts and initiatives to make improvements. They listen to employees and actually do something about it.

Pros

Asea has become a family to me. The people that work there are kind and look for ways to help. I’ve grown a ton at Asea because of caring leadership and great coworkers. I really love the products and the simple mission of the company to share the good we have with others. The company has fun parties, employee gifts twice a year, and growth opportunities. Even when there aren’t positions open to move up to, they try their best to make sure you are growing in your career. The other thing I like is the humanitarian organization within Asea called the Advancing Life Foundation. The company tries to include employees in different humanitarian projects throughout the year. Asea has been a great place to work and I continue to have positive experiences there with a great team.

Cons

This might not be a con but international business can be complex, but the company is navigating all the complexities the best they can given the last couple of years.

Pros

Asea goes out of their way to constantly show their appreciation for their employees. I have never seen a company so dedicated to showing gratitude to their employees. Promotions are often given within the company, their is constant room for growth and pay raises are given often. They are more then generous and truly care about their employees.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything to say that is a con.
