Pros

Here at ASEA, they genuinely want you to succeed in all aspects of life. They will pay for you to get trained in your weaker areas and frequently check the culture within the company making sure that employees are happy. They love to do co-ed sports activities after work. Knowing that ASEA truly cares for their employee's health and wellness is incredible.

Cons

Not specific to ASEA but more specific to the type of industry, working in a corporate setting for an MLM can be exhausting. There is a lot of field facing politics that can get old quick. Sometimes you are treated very poorly by the same people you are trying to help be successful. At ASEA, they have let people go without giving them the proper warning. Yet, you work with people you know should have been let go a long time ago. It's a strange thing, but I guess it keeps you on your toes.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! We work hard to help our employees feel successful and happy here whether it be through training, culture development, or just simply getting out to play sports! We are so glad to hear you have felt that during your time here. We'd also like to thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us about areas in which we can improve. If you would like to discuss these pain points further, feel free to email us at Careers@ASEA.net. Again, thank you so much for your transparency with us, and please keep sharing!
