- Lots of great clients (global exposure to major players on the market) you can gain exposure to diffrent industries - Great benefits including private health care - Clear career path - Very nice office - Great people in your teams - Possibilities to develop in administration or recruitment

Cons

- There are no major cons - It is a big company so it’s for people who are interested in working in big companies - Requires very good command of English + additional language so if you do not have it this might be a challenge to get a job in AMS

Unlimited opportunities on a global scale, inspiring leadership, great people, amazing client brands, industry leading and transforming service proposition. A very exciting future.

Cons

It's difficult to really state the downsides. We work hard which can sometimes limit work life balance but this is no different from the majority of the professional services industry.
