Great on-site, excellent support functions, venomously political head office

Engagement with clients on-site, breadth of client portfolio, target driven environment, support functions especially advertising/social media, grad and analytics team

Cons

More back stabbing than you could believe in HQ if you are not prepared to play the political game preventing you from progressing regardless of successes and merits. Some of the senior management is weak and flaky to say the least. Some of the targets drive you in a more sales driven manner which is not well received within the world of RPO from a client point of view

Cons

In the US, there is minimal opportunity to take a legitimate vacation or balance work-life scenarios. The UK still seems undecided in the US organizational structure.

pay level is way low, core hours worked was always more than 60hrs per week, paying bonus's was always a challenge!
