Pros

I've had an incredibly positive experience in my first 6 months at AMS, fantastic culture, inspirational people and well resourced. I work on a client site where the client is very supportive and we all work well together. Great engagement with senior management Fantastic career opportunities Excellent training and development Diverse and challenging role

Cons

I haven't experienced many cons so far to be honest. Sure, there's pressure to deliver and a heavy workload but it's all managable and you feel well supported. It's difficult I think, at a more junior level, to feel part of something larger but you can see the business actively working on improving that through increased communication.

Excellent culture and support for career development. Genuine Leaders who are experts in their field and great support network globally. Good benefits and work life balance.

Cons

No real cons other than maybe salary and bonus structure may not be as competitive as a true in house TA role against some industries but the benefits and the work life balance equal this out.
