Pros

There are no pros, nothing what so ever

Cons

Purely money driven, great client base but they haven't got a clue what they're doing with the clients, no speciality in delivering, hire people with no experience just to put bums on seats, heading towards agency recruitment, poor management, its all about who you know and not what you know. Offer no sort of training to new starters.. basically its the worst place I've ever worked, cleaning dishes at a restaurant beat this place

Pros

Great client base, reputable name in industry that's about it really. I need to write min 20 words and I'm really struggling.

Cons

Where do I start. Firstly there is poor management and career development plans in place purely because management don't have a clue. Employees are forced to put on a front for prospective clients. So many people in the Bracknell centre are unhappy and if you don't believe me you just need to look at the staff turnover for 2014. You are held back from career progression and if you make internal enquiries for other opportunities without the knowledge of your manager your days get numbered, you are made to feel like an unfaithful employee. No flexibility and clock watching culture. If your face doesn't fit you stand no chance.

Pros

- Inspiring CEO - I had a good Manager (although he was very busy) - Interesting mix of clients

Cons

- Poached from another company, and was then told after 4 months that I had to move to the Bracknell office (3 hours away from my home) with no relocation package, no redundancy and no internal London jobs. The only O.K thing about this was that they gave me 3 months notice. - Seemed to care a lot more about their RPO business than their Client Services - not very sure why they even keep their CS open. - Thrown into the role, didn't learn very much. Was very much a culture of 'do this' with no real explanation of why I was doing things. - Didn't carry out 'reads' on their print work. Unbelievable. This is something I've learnt is really important now I'm at another company.
