Pros

Great internal mobility, supportive team, great management, fun and friendly working environment, flexible hours and home working in the Bracknell GCSC centre, dress down policy, management VERY focussed on employee experience and will work on changing any reported negatives, clear progression structure, great personal development methods, wide variety of training... I could go on

Cons

The pay scheme is not as competitive as some places- I took a 2k pay drop but the happiness and value I get from my job is more than worth it

AMS gives a great opportunity to work for the top companies on the global market and to learn the best standards as well as to keep up with the newest trends in recruitment.

Cons

The salaries should be more competitive against the local market.
