good work life balance, common respect and people able to unify to achieve common goals, unlinke in other companies there are not so many rules, employees feel like they want to do things and not just being forced to do things

Cons

not many cons, probably the first company I really enjoy working for....in some areas not enough experience to go through global transformation...too much space to write cons :)
