Air-conditioning: facilities has become surprisingly proactive in informing employees for any issues that may arise. It has become more and more tolerable working at night. Activities: just had town hall after more than 6 months; received invites for future townhalls-quarterly. Recently concluded midyear event. Senior managers: finally saw them walking and working during night shift after my 2+ years with the company. Simple and basic as it may sound, it has helped me personally to be hopeful and look forward with great anticipation what's in store next. I appreciate that other challenges wont be solved overnight but felt good to be finally having a voice.
