Great culture, really good support, feel as part of a team, good communication at all levels, Working flexibility , work life balance, company seems to actually care about their employees

Cons

none so far - maybe the odd hours as this is a global company but they are very flexible about how and where you meet your client responsibilities.

Great values and employees who genuinely want to help each other to be successful. No ego's and bad attitude tolerated and postive behaviours celebrated. Great benefits over and above salary

Cons

Can sometimes be difficult to get right assignments in locations close to home

There's a great culture and almost like a family feel to the company.

Cons

Whilst working globally with the organisation is part of their EVP, there isn't much action behind this to support staff in making this happen
