opportunity to work on site at multi-national companies, speak to high level people. Working on site was pretty easy, you could come and go as you pleased.

Cons

lack of career progression, salary and bonus structure, working for an RPO you arent well respected by the company you are on site at

Great people Good career prospects Impressive support functions which gives the impression you are being set up to succeed and not fail. Employees seem to be inspired by Senior Management and believe in the vision.

Cons

New starter training was very fragmented. Seems to lack real structure, however, lots of hands on support from peer group.
