Good location. You can go to work in casual clothes. Lenient with options to work from home and slide shifts in special cases.

Cons

Low salary. Poor benefits package. Salary inequality within the company. Management keeps on promising changes but I don't see anything. Every town hall, they have action plans or development plans but I don't see any improvements. I feel like they use these promises to dangle in front of employees who are thinking of resigning so they won't push through with their plans and wait and see what happens, but their plans conveniently take so long to actually happen (if they do happen). Management always gives timelines that they never pull through with and do not provide any explanations why.

Not many but they try to make their work place fun Good clients Great employees coworkers are amazing

Cons

Management is awful, they are not transparent and never tell you the truth about how the account is going. Pay is poor. Will promote wrong employees based on who is drinking the kool-aid. Asks for suggestions but when tell management how to fix issues never listen or they tell us that we are checked out.
