Pros
Lots of training programmes that are in-depth and practical. Great culture amongst Alexander Mann Solution teams on client sites. My direct manager and even the regional manager were very supportive, some of my other colleagues felt the opposite until they asked for help.
Cons
There may be new employees who join the firm and struggle to adapt to the environment. The team are very cohesive and welcome new joiners, but some of my new teammates were from a commission agency background and were used to being very vocal about everything they did or fighting to get ahead. This created some tension in the beginning but some people did gradually adapt - while others decided to leave. Another +/- depending on your viewpoint, is that your job duties can often be broader than your job description. You have to be prepared to get your 'hands dirty' regardless of your seniority. My senior recruiter was new to the company and was not used to providing support as they had worked in a very silted fashion previously, but this was not possible as my team was small.
