Pros

Good career opportunities for fresh grads and non-managerial experienced professionals. You have tenured people who have had truly good experiences with regards to growth and exposure to an excellent culture (at the lower levels)

Cons

You have managers and executives that are not really good / excellent which is why there are a lot of backstabbing and people being thrown under the bus during mancom. A lot of them resort to negative office politics to advance their careers because many of them are not smart. Confident, yes. Smart, no. Not all leaders are like this but many enough to turn off excellent leaders from other organizations.
