Pros

Progressive fast growing RPO company. Lots of good tools and technology. Some strong management in the US and overseas (UK).

Cons

It is an RPO. Too much sales and not enough execution. Leadership does not really care about team members and will work them to the bone to hit the numbers and make the client happy. Even it that involves being dishonest.

Great work life balance, flex working hours.

Cons

Advice to prospective employees: Talk is golden in AMS, delivery is secondary. Focus your efforts on getting into the good books of senior management and finding excuses to blame (the client or others) when things are not going well. This is what gets you a "well deserved" promotion.
