      Great people, good flexible working programme. Inspiring Leadership Team.

      Cons

      Poor communication from Senior Management (referring to the layer below the Leadership team). Statesman like ran department; self promotion, self gain and as a consequence any development is limited as your wings are firmly clipped. Work life balance poor, you’ll be worked like a dog for very little reward which then becomes expected as ‘the norm’.
