Great People work there Fantastic if you are noticed

Cons

flexible working is not a reality but sold as a benefit a very clicky company if your face fits you will be ok but if not you will be worked like a dog with little reward not as inclusive as they profess it appears if you are over 40 you are managed out of the company unless you are senior leadership team or liked by the management very few opportunities which they say there are when you join overworked secretive management making work force feel vulnerable
