Offers flexible working and diverse environment to work. Very family friendly employer who understands that you need flexiblity if you are working parent.

Cons

You will have to work some long hours because you have to react to your client needs - however you are managed fairly so you can take time back

It’s a good place to work, good culture and environment. Work from home and lots of other benefits, good to learn and easy to progress if you do well and work hard.

Cons

I think it’s genuinely a great company, could potentially structure their salaries better as some people get paid more than others and do less work.
