Allowed me to learn new skills and get involved in a new space. Hybrid work environment

Cons

People managers manage people to be able to do the business, but do not manage the people to be able to stay and excel. Outcomes driven, welfare of employees are last place to outcomes. Highlights work life balance, but work demands are more than 12hours a day. Work-life balance is only for certain projects. No bonuses and incentives for exceeding targets.
