      Not a Happy Place to Work

      Pros

      If you're lucky and get the right team/leader then flexibility to work from home. Salary can be good. Ability to move around/across accounts to gain experience.

      Cons

      Leaders appointed via tenure and not ability - therefore leadership at lower levels is extremely poor. Extreme blame culture. 'Face fits' (or doesn't) culture. High workloads and poor work/life balance.
