Never again, run away!

Benefits were way above most companies with sick time, pto and wfh. International company to work for was something unique.

Cons

Where should I begin? This place micromanages admin starts a ridiculous level. On our account, we had weekly team meetings and one on one meetings with our team leads. That is right weekly meetings with our team lead. We had so much work with projects, normal admin work and was given team lead work that normally team leads should do their own work. Our management and team leads were never held accountable for their actions when things go south on an account. Admin are not valued here, we are the red headed step children of this company. On top of that, favoritism runs wild on promotions via through team leads. It is common for white women to get promotions over males/minority people. They pride themselves on white women promotions and hirings. Do not expect to get any promotion here. Technology is a joke here, computers are in the Stone Age.
