No progression/ does not use talent properly

Pros

The opportunity to work for different types of industries and become versed in so many fields

Cons

Where to start…. Management , well is not managing. Talent is not developed and the opportunity to promote is only available if you quit and come back. A team leader is just a micromanager- most CSMs are just a figure head with no actual strategy . Ignite is a training platform that is check the box. There is no true development program and AMS can lay people off while hiring outside the company still. Definitely just a number and upper management has zero idea of the talent they have hiding out in their ranks.

Pros

- If you have the right manager you will enjoy your time here - flexible (again depends on your manager) - casual clothing and open office environment

Cons

- when I moved clients to work for a different manager, I had no work life balance. I was in the office after standard working hours and very rarely was able to work from home. - Extremely underpaid, especially after coming from agency. - Good place to work from a diversity perspective but they forgot about minority groups - It’s all about who you know, very clicky especially amongst the more senior staff members. - None of the managers are held accountable as their bosses are based off site and it’s very easy for them to bluff and be out of touch with the sourcing team. - Too many meetings... there were meetings about having a meeting!

Pros

Flexible work when you' re working remote

Cons

The leadership team is not prepared for the annual performance review, they gave me the amount of my annual bonus over the phone on a quick call 1 day before the paycheck without scheduling a formal annual performance review. The numbers on my results didn't match with the actual information the client had and there was no support or follow up from the Supervisor, asked for help from HR and they redirected me to my supervisor. When I asked my leader about how the result for a bonus was calculated he didn't have the details.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern. Our bonus calculations follow a standard calculation taking into account your tenure, role and performance rating. If you did not get reassurance from your supervisor about how it was calculated my team would be happy to break that calculation down for you to show how the bonus was arrived at.
