Pros

It provides recruitment services so they are able to identify and lure the best talents into the company. It has a friendly environment and people are willing to help new employees adjust well.

Cons

Depending on the assigned client, work can vary from relaxed to unmanageable targets. I have noticed employee movement to be a norm and I am not pertaining to promotions. Clients come and go here, and majority of employees have experienced being assigned to different clients in a span of a year. This isn't the company for someone who's uncomfortable with short term or uncertain job assignments.

Pros

Ability to work remotely. Good benefits.

Cons

The CEO and his personally appointed team ran the company into the ground. You are overworked, overlooked, and they only care about the money that lines their pockets. They do NOT care about their GREAT employees! It doesn’t matter if you received good reviews, good feedback from clients, hiring managers, coworkers, etc. They do absolutely nothing to keep great employees. It is such a toxic environment!
