AMS are really flexible and supportive of home working.

Cons

It is all about who you know and those who are promoted are often personal friends and contacts of those in senior roles. Making money is more of a motivator than providing a quality service to clients.

Friendly people and management, quite honest about promotions and salaries

Cons

Low pay rises, not much possibility for advancement. Laying off over 20 people per month during since march (noone fired with permanent contract, all not extended temporary contracts) and still counting in July. 80% working time for entire company since march until end of the year with no exceptions.

As per our recent communication and in reference to the reduced hours program we had introduced in the middle of May we are now moving back to 100% of working time for all Poland based employees as of September.
