nice opportunity to grow HR skills from zero. if you are lucky with the project you are in and TL - that would be a nice work/life balance job.

Cons

if you are unlucky be prepared to: overtimes, constant pressure and stress, lack of people in the project. extremely low salary that not match the work flow volume.
