Pros

Exposure to large clients and the opportunity to work on well-known accounts.

Internal redeployment support may NOT be as strong as advertised, even for high performing employees. It's you and your luck. I worked for AMS for almost a year and was a top performer on one of their North American accounts. Despite consistently delivering strong results, I was ultimately let go after 11 months when the project ended. One of the main messages AMS communicates to employees is that if your project ends, they will prioritize you for redeployment internally and support you in finding another role within the company. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After being released from the project, I followed all the guidance provided and applied to more than 10 roles within the company that were genuinely aligned with my background and experience as a recruiter. Despite being qualified for these roles, I was rejected from every single one. In one case, I was even referred by a former line manager, yet that still did not lead to an opportunity. I was even open to roles one level below my previous position (something I had seen redeployed employees do) yet I was still not considered, despite having strong working relationships with colleagues and managers. It was disappointing because I showed dedication, genuine commitment, and a strong interest in continuing my career with AMS. The level of internal mobility and support that is often promoted simply did not materialize in practice.

Pros

Flexible working and a ok team

Cons

Mass redundancies again, it’s been like this for the past 18 with no signs of it stopping anytime soon, there’s no direction anymore things are awful now, the company is being ran into the ground, contracts being lost monthly and work being outsourced to places like India and Philippines, opportunities in the uk are non existent now and offices closing as well despite the push from them forcing people back to the office. Such a shame at how this once great company is now operating

Pros

The offer they gave me was a little lower than I expected but I still accepted since the RTO is only twice a month in Makati

Cons

Very little increase from my previous salary and their taxes are really high I don’t know how the compute it
