      Pros

      The interview is incredibly easy, as they will mainly prepare you for the technical interview with their client, the management is generally easygoing. They have good clients, at least in the Côte d'Azur area. Most of the consultants are fresh graduates from University. Really good balance between life and work!

      Cons

      Salary is a little below average, the new reimbursement policy is ridiculous (ticket restaurant for lunch, that are not accepted on client's site). Not many senior people among consultants. If you have experience you should probably look somewhere else.

      Good employee retention policies Decent pay, as per market standards Good client coverage, especially in Sweden within the Automotive Domain Possibility of flexible salary bands

      Cons

      - Not so easy to change within assignments. Sometimes could take from months to year - Managers make a lot of promises while hiring. Do not get too carried away. Use you own judgement - The general risk(s) associated with Consultant companies, also rests with Alten
