Pros

No issues in the company, so far. I do my job and they pay. They have a nice office in Gothenburg. I work for an external company as a consultant from Alten. Good work life balance.

Cons

Non existent communication from top management and managers about the company. No events in the company to bring together consultants of different verticals or even the same vertical to network. No additional benefits to the employees, apart from the coffee in the office.

Nothing, well it sounds good initially

Cons

They make you sign a contract 2 months in advance for a ephemeral project then go on Holiday. When you contract starts you are notified they didn't place you on any project and you will be let go.
