Equipment for developers decent, salary in the standard for the local market, full remote for clients that doesn't need the presence in the office. In my specific case international client with quite common transfers, which what I was searching

Cons

Poor internal management, no clarity on timelines and updates on the client. If you ask something to your manager you're lucky if you receive an answer in 2 weeks. Budgets stretched and very low possibility to grow internally. Office in a remote location and very small, setting out dated
