A really bad workplace - rating speaks for itself
Pros
Gives some experience of working with famous companies for engineers. Business Manager is a demanding role which you will learn a lot from.
Cons
Countless of Cons greatly outnumbering the positives. The company is run by inexperienced Business Managers who receive minimal training, Each business manager acts their own way, and there is absolutely no strategy or structure behind the company's growth. The only training given is extremely aggressive sales methods to use both against customers and candidates. I had heard Business Managers speak to the engineers in their team in an awful manner, with absolutely no regard to their wellbeing and personal life. People with families are forced to move houses for Business managers to win short term projects, and the worse is that they are dishonest about the length of projects to convince candidates to relocate(if they do not relocate they get fired). Employment contracts are issued with little confidence about the security of the projects with external customers to secure personnel, and the contracts are cancelled even just days before the start date if the projects to do not proceed (common). Generally, all decisions are driven by business managers acting autonomously, without formal process or approval, and are purely based on increasing their annual commission. As such, people are treated as soul-less resources and their is no respect to their personal life. The worse of all is that foreign employees who have been sponsored (VISA) are treated poorly and given minimal raises, as they are basically tied in to the company. The ratings here speak for themselves, avoid even if desperate. Pay is extremely low, way below market average.
