The co workers were great and a lot of technical expertise to learn from

Cons

Upper management did not support the laboratory and a lot corporate bureaucracy to wade through. Employees were not valued and had regular yearly RIFs

Cons

The quality of work is appalling and so is the management. Pay is terrible and the workload unreasonable. No training given as there is no person with any knowledge to give it. There is conflict of interest between management and quality. You'll be forced to do overtime
